My passion is building and providing incredible employee experiences, as I see Talent as much more than simply getting talented people in the door. Launching programs and initiatives to hire, support, develop, train and engage employees is what I love to do. I love to create programs from scratch, and I very much consider myself a builder.

In addition, I love Diversity, and I am passionate about building diverse companies. I started my career specializing in recruiting newcomers, recent graduates and people living with disabilities. Diversity makes companies more profitable and more innovative. I am passionate about my work to help young professionals with disabilities in the job market, and I believe in disability-positive perspectives.
